European logistics specialist CTP has secured €200 mln in financing from the European Investment Bank (EIB) for the roll-out of its large-scale programme of solar panel installation across its European business park portfolio.
Empira Group, the €9bn AUM Swiss-based real estate investment company, has raised over $120 mln so far towards a $600 mln (€558 mln) fund target for a US vehicle.
