CB Richard Ellis has further strengthened its cross-border investment capability with the creation of a new regional investment team dedicated to Central and Eastern Europe. Headed up by Frédéric Van der Planken, the team will work with CBRE’s 12 CEE offices to help clients take advantage of the region’s rapidly growing investment market.
As Ares completed a €325 mln French logistics acquisition from Blackstone, another French portfolio came onto the market.
