Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) said that it has been appointed as co-exclusive agent with Jones Lang LaSalle for the leasing of a new class A business centre in Moscow. Located near the Sadovoe Ring, the Delta Plaza complex offers 27,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of space across nine floors and will be ready for future tenants in the first quarter of 2011. The developer is Accent Real Estate Investment Managers.
Ares, Coima and MEAG are three investors which have closed multiple acquisitions in the last few weeks.
