Property consultant Cushman & Wakefield has been selected by APN/UKA European Retail Property Group to serve as exclusive leasing agent and marketing and PR coordinator for City Gate shopping centre in Thessaloniki. City Gate is one of the largest retail and entertainment schemes in the city, with 35,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of gross leasable area.
As Ares completed a €325 mln French logistics acquisition from Blackstone, another French portfolio came onto the market.
