The stock of category A office space in Budapest has topped the two million m[sup]2[/sup] mark, according to research by real estate advisory group Cushman & Wakefield, published on Monday. ‘This represents a coming of age for the Budapest office market,’ said Gergely Pados, head of the office division at C&W. The two-million mark was crossed with the completion of the Haller Gardens office building, C&W said.
As Ares completed a €325 mln French logistics acquisition from Blackstone, another French portfolio came onto the market.
