Casa de Insolventã Transilvania, administrator of the City Mall scheme in Bucharest, has announced that the asset is to be auctioned on 31 March with a starting price of EUR 33 mln.
The Grand Hotel Imperiale in Forte dei Marmi, Italy has been sold to UAE-based real estate company Emaar Properties, owner of renowned buildings such as the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall.
