Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) has confirmed the intentions of Bothwell Bridge Estates Limited in the UK to add 12,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of high-quality office space to the development. The office development's second phase will include the construction of four office pavillions. The two-storey office suites will range in size from 254 m[sup]2[/sup] to 368 m[sup]2[/sup] and will be set in landscaped grounds with ample parking space.
