BNL Fondi Immobiliare said on Tuesday that it will go ahead with the disposal of EUR 260 mln of assets owned by its listed closed-end fund Portfolio Immobiliare Crescita fund after the Bank of Italy rejected a plea to extend the life of the fund due to the difficult market conditions.
As Ares completed a €325 mln French logistics acquisition from Blackstone, another French portfolio came onto the market.
