European real estate investment manager Ardstone has launched a core, open-ended fund targeting the social and affordable residential sector in Dublin, having secured an initial €450 mln commitment from CBRE Global Investment Partners.
Portuguese real estate investor and developer Bondstone is investing around €70 mln in a residential development in Belas Clube de Campo, municipality of Sintra, Portugal.
