The commercial property Fröfjärden 3 was built in 2003 and is located at Gesällvägen 33–35. It comprises approximately 17,000 m2 of office and logistics space and is fully leased to Xylem Water Solutions Global Services.

Aquaticus will take over ownership of the property on 1 July 2021.

'With the sale of Fröfjärden 3, capital will be released for new investments and projects.'

Savills advised AMF Fastigheter on the sale.

Niklas Zuckerman, head of investment, Savills Sweden, said: 'The Swedish real estate market continues to attract national and international buyers with offices with attractive tenants, such as Fröfjärden 3, trading particularly well.'
