With the completion of the Stadsfeestzaal shopping mall in Antwerp's city centre, Dutch developer Multi Corporation has added a 'jewel' to its real estate portfolio, according to managing director Marleen de Wolf.
As Ares completed a €325 mln French logistics acquisition from Blackstone, another French portfolio came onto the market.
