Alstria Office-REIT, the first real estate investment trust in Germany, has said it well positioned to seize opportunities it sees in the market. Today we are well positioned, having no legacy issue and being stronger compared to the pre-crisis situation,' said Alstria CEO Olivier Elamine.
The Grand Hotel Imperiale in Forte dei Marmi, Italy has been sold to UAE-based real estate company Emaar Properties, owner of renowned buildings such as the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall.
