Alpha Industrial is to develop a major new distribution and product preparation centre for T.K. Maxx at Bergheim next to Cologne, Germany. Maxx operates a total of 269 stores in the UK, Ireland, Germany, and Poland, and is the German arm of TJX Europe, the leading discount fashion and home-ware retailer in Europe.
