French hotel group Accor has confirmed that it is in negotiations to sell its 49% interest in France's largest casino operator Lucien Barrière to the Fimalac financial holding.
The Grand Hotel Imperiale in Forte dei Marmi, Italy has been sold to UAE-based real estate company Emaar Properties, owner of renowned buildings such as the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall.
