Spanish infrastructure group Acciona has reportedly received around 20 non-binding offers for its parking business worth some EUR 200 mln. Spanish papers reported on Tuesday that the company is now to shortlist five parties to pass to the second round of the bidding process, which is being coordinated by Dutch banking group ING.
As Ares completed a €325 mln French logistics acquisition from Blackstone, another French portfolio came onto the market.
