Acciona Inmobiliaria, the real estate arm of energy group Acciona, is putting the Splau! shopping centre in Barcelona on the market less than a year after inaugurating the centre. The mall, which provides 54,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of gross retail space over 165 shops, represented an investment of around EUR 200 mln and is being sold to reduce the company's debt.
The Grand Hotel Imperiale in Forte dei Marmi, Italy has been sold to UAE-based real estate company Emaar Properties, owner of renowned buildings such as the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall.
