AXA Real Estate Investment Managers has acquired the Hofpoort office tower in Rotterdam on behalf of its German property fund Axa Immoselect. The vendor was IEF Capital, a joint venture between Dutch companies Bouwfonds Asset Management and Inflation Exchange Fund. The transaction price was not disclosed, but it is believed to be in the region of EUR 55 mln.
