AMB Property Europe, the European arm of global distribution group AMB Property Corporation, is developing a 6,290 m[sup]2[/sup] distribution facility for pet and farm animal health care group IDEXX Laboratories in Hoofddorp, a submarket of Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. The build-to-suit project, named AMB President Distribution Center, will be used to accommodate IDEXX’s expanding business and is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2009.
