BNP Paribas' Dan Bayley to head up new tenant representation team

BNP Paribas Real Estate’s leasing expert Dan Bayley is to head up a new team fully dedicated to better support changing occupier needs and their decision making around space, as head of Tenant Representation.

The new team will offer occupiers expertise across lease advisory, strategy and building consultancy while also collaborating closely with BNP Paribas Real Estate’s occupier solutions team, led by Tom Bolland.

The tenant representation team will provide financial analysis to better support clients’ decisions around their workspace strategies. The team can explore what implications different office solutions may have on the balance sheet and how it supports the business objectives.

‘UK’s real estate sectors is one of the most innovative in Europe, which is reflected in the extensive choice of space on offer with everything from co-working, serviced offices and traditional leases- all developed to support different occupier needs,’ says Dan Bayley, head of Tenant Representation. ‘In extraordinary times like this, the industry’s ability to adapt and develop workspace solutions that respond to new and changing demands from occupiers will be key.  This is where our team can offer support by taking a more holistic approach to finding workspace that goes well beyond the physical walls of a building.’
