Independent development and regneration firm Acorn Property Group has acquired 12 new sites in the UK with a gross development value (GDV) of £390 mln (€465 mln), with a view to providing 821 residential units in the south west of England.
A 4-acre, freehold site at Kings Cross in the capital’s Knowledge Quarter is expected to attract international interest.
