Episo 5, a fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners, has undertaken its first acquisition with Elysian Residences for a new £150 mln (€178 mln) development in London's Hampstead.
A 4-acre, freehold site at Kings Cross in the capital’s Knowledge Quarter is expected to attract international interest.
