Euro Mall Holding, a subsidiary of TK Development, has entered into an agreement for the sale of a 10,600 m[sup]2[/sup] retail park in Ostrava, the Czech Republic, to GE Real Estate Central Europe. The selling price is expected to amount to about DKK 120 mln (EUR 16 mln) and construction is scheduled for completion in autumn 2007.
Private asset management company Kryalos has completed the acquisition of a light industrial property in Rome, through its Mars fund.
