PSOE, the Spanish socialist party, has formed a working group to help boost the residential rental market in Spain, EFE, the national news agency, reported. The proposals made by the Grupo de Trabajo de Vivienda de Alquiler will apply to local, central and regional government level and will form the basis from which the Ministry of Housing will take decisions on the sector.
