UK boutique property developer Aitch Group has appointed Saoirse Byrne as its new assistant head of asset and property management.
For the past four years, she had been working at Savills Ireland, initially as an intern in the Property Solutions department, before becoming a Graduate Surveyor and Surveyor, providing strategic real estate consultancy and valuation advice across a range of sectors and asset classes.

Chelsea Reynolds, director at Aitch Group added: ‘We are delighted to be joined by Saoirse Byrne. Her previous experience will be valuable to the company, especially in our recent bid for expansion and £100 mln land acquisition commitment.’
Of the £100 mln (€115 mln) earmarked for land acquisitions by the end of 2022, £66 mln (€76 mln) have already spent across six new sites.
Aitch Group is actively seeking new land opportunities without planning permission across London and the South East, both in the residential and student accommodation sectors.
