Rabo Real Estate is taking over developer Meyer Bergman’s stakes in three joint venture projects in Amsterdam, Paris and Frankfurt.

Meyer Bergman and MAB have developed the projects - Oosterdokseiland in Amsterdam, PalaisQuartier in Frankfurt and Domus in Paris - on a 50-50% basis over the past 10 years.

The projects will now be continued by KP Investments, part of Rabo Real Estate Group. MAB, PalaisQuartier Asset Management and Accessite will remain involved in the further development and daily management of the projects.

Oosterdokseiland is located next to Amsterdam’s central station and comprises 225,000 m2 of office, residential, retail and public space. The development has been delivered in phases since 2004.

PalaisQuartier is located on the Zeil high street in Frankfurt and comprises a shopping centre, office tower, hotel and underground parking garage.

Domus is a home interiors and furnishings mall in Paris with around 100 retail units spread over 63,000 m2 of space.
