Banque Hapoalim Suisse has agreed to take about 20% of the space in the 3,885 m² property at Boulevard de la Foire - Rue de la Chapelle 7.
The rental contract was agreed at EUR 39 per m² per month plus VAT. The development of the project will start in January 2013 and completion is scheduled for end-2013. The building will have a green energy certificate (CPE) as well as a ""Very Good"" BREEAM certificate. Property Partners managed the rental.
The project has an investment value of EUR 25-40 mln and is owned by a joint ventrue between Pylos Benelux and Deximmo."
