Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance has secured €80 mln in new equity commitments for the Achmea Dutch Residential Mortgage Fund, the longest running mortgage fund in the Netherlands.
A 4-acre, freehold site at Kings Cross in the capital’s Knowledge Quarter is expected to attract international interest.
