PropertyEU panel & networking event: The State of Logistics

The state of European logistics will come under the spotlight next week as PropertyEU hosts its annual State of Logistics event from Amsterdam on Thursday 8 September.

Bringing together key players across the Industrial and Logistics sector, executives from CBRE IM, CTP, KKR/Mirastar, Panattoni, Prologis, Savills and WP Carey will share their insight as to why logistics still represents a good value proposition in the current environment, taking into account the unsettling economic outlook.

The in-person meeting, moderated by PropertyEU senior editor Isobel Lee, will feature two panels, the first focusing specifically on the UK market – with Diederik Schol, principal at KKR/Mirastar and Marcus de Minkwitz, head of EMEA industrial and logistics at Savills lining up alongside more names to be announced this week.

The European panel will take a more macro view of trends, threats and opportunities in the current climate with expert opinion from Laurie Lagarde, head of EMEA logistics operator division at CBRE Investment Management, Nick Cripps, director of capital markets Europe for Panattoni, Sander Breugelmans, regional head, northern Europe for Prologis and Christopher Mertlitz, head of European investments for WP Carey, and a member of the management team from CTP.

The afternoon event will be held at the Teleport Towers building in Amsterdam Sloterdijk starting at 13.30 and will conclude with networking drinks.

Guest attendees are warmly invited, however there are limited spaces available. If you would like to attend, please email Eddie Roche roche@propertyeu.info to request.

A detailed report of the event will appear online in a PropertyEU special report following the event.
