PropertyEU has appointed Eddie Roche to the role of publisher with effect from 1 January, 2021.
Roche joined PropertyEU in November 2018 as commercial sales manager, but will now step up to the currently vacant publisher role.
He will head up PropertyEU’s team from its headquarters in Utrecht, the Netherlands, overseeing the company’s commercial and editorial activities with a strong focus on events. Besides its home base in Utrecht, PropertyEU’s editorial team operates out of London and Rome.
In his previous role, Roche took on the reorganisation of the PropertyEU event series and he will continue to direct and expand this in his new position. Upcoming activities in this area include virtual roundtables on ESG & Sustainability, Proptech & Innovation, and a CEE Investment Outlook.

Dean Ireland, commercial director, and Gillian Brown, subscriptions manager, will continue in their respective roles to oversee all commercial elements of PropertyEU.
