Experts will assess post-Covid investment trends in Germany and beyond at a private discussion to be held next week at Garbe Industrial Real Estate's headquarters in Hamburg.
Taking Europe's biggest market as a starting point, the debate will also explore the investment dynamics shaping the continent as a whole, as funds assess life beyond the pandemic.
Taking part in the discussion are Rainer Nonnengässer, CEO of International Campus Group; Björn Kombächer, Head of Investor Relations, Engel & Völkers Asset Management; Jan Philipp Daun, Head of Investment Management, Garbe Industrial Real Estate; and René Westerheider, Head of Asset Management, Trei Real Estate.
The focused panel, organised by PropertyEU in partnership with Rueckerconsult, is slated for Tuesday 31 August and will be moderated in German by experienced journalist Friedhelm Feldhaus.
The discussion is expected to explore the latest investment volumes, favoured asset classes, and the preferred locations for European-focused investment strategies.
With the global pandemic still impacting daily lives, the debate will also ask how long the deal flow is likely to be affected - particularly for funds coming from outside the European bloc.
