Global private markets investment manager Partners Group has agreed to invest in two real estate portfolios in Europe on behalf of its clients, comprising eleven residential properties in Italy and eleven office assets in Poland.
Singapore's Mapletree Investments has acquired 31 student housing assets in the UK and Germany from Cuscaden Peak Investments for £1 bn (€1.2 bn).
