Industrial real estate developer Panattoni Europe has acquired a site in Poland's Silesia region to build logistics scheme Panattoni Park Czeladz III, with a planned investment of PLN 260 mln (€61 mln).
Portuguese real estate investor and developer Bondstone is investing around €70 mln in a residential development in Belas Clube de Campo, municipality of Sintra, Portugal.
