European logistics property specialist P3 Logistic Parks is accelerating its investment strategy in France with the acquisition of a 110,213 m2 class A warehouse in Saint-Sauveur, near the city of Amiens, in the north of the country.
The facility is located at the meeting point of the port areas of Calais, Dunkirk and Le Havre, and in the immediate vicinity of the motorway network to Paris and other regions of France. The facility will be fully leased on a long-term basis by JJA, its historical occupant and previous owner. The asset was built in 2010.
Xavier Tomasin, investment manager at P3 France, said: ‘Our ambition is to improve the energy performance of this building to a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating at minimum, in agreement with the operator. This will bring it closer to the level of quality and the standards targeted by P3 Logistic Parks.’
