France’s fifth largest asset management group Ofi Invest has set up a new real estate management unit called Ofi Invest Real Estate.
The new company encompasses the real estate management expertise and activities of Aéma REIM, Ofi Pierre and Abeille REIM (former Aviva Investors Real Estate France).
Ofi Invest Real Estate will manage €11 bn of real estate assets on behalf of institutional and retail clients, mainly in France, Germany, the Netherlands and Denmark.
The company’s 120 experts cover the full range of real estate management value chain, including investment, asset, property and fund management.
