Nordic real estate investor NREP has acquired a portfolio of elderly care homes from Fastighets AB Stenvalvet, a Swedish real estate developer and manager, for €200 mln.
Listed REITs and banks, British Land, Capital & Regional and Wells Fargo, bought and sold four shopping centres and retail parks this week.
