Belgian retail park specialist Mitiska REIM has extended its relationship with Erste Group Bank by securing a €123 mln senior debt facility for its entire retail park portfolio in Romania.
A 4-acre, freehold site at Kings Cross in the capital’s Knowledge Quarter is expected to attract international interest.
