European investor and asset manager M7 Real Estate (M7) has sold a portfolio of four light industrial properties in Germany to the Wohninvest Group on behalf of M7 European Real Estate Investment Partners IV fund. Financial details were kept confidential.
A 4-acre, freehold site at Kings Cross in the capital’s Knowledge Quarter is expected to attract international interest.
