Global alternative investment specialist Investcorp’s European property arm has completed the acquisition of an office complex at Via Paolo di Dono 44 in Rome's Eur district for €128 mln. The vendor is believed to be the Cristoforo fund managed by Prelios Sgr and fully subscribed by Goldman Sachs.
