US private equity investor Highbrook has acquired a last-mile asset close to the centre of Dortmund, Germany, from a private ownership consortium.
Financial details were not disclosed.
The logistics property is situated in the Oestrich business park in Dortmund.
The stand-alone property at Strümpenbusch 3 is let to TE Connectivity. It is well connected to the motorway network thanks to the nearby A42 with direct access to the A2 and A45.
The plot of land comprises approximately 15,000 m2, while the property covers around 5,850 m2 of space and has a 7-metre hall height.
