UK REIT Hammerson announced on Friday that it has completed the sale of its Victoria Gate and Victoria Quarter shopping centres to entities related to Swiss investor Redical Holdings for £120 mln (€144 mln) in cash.
Morgan Stanley spin-off, Proprium, made a 20-times multiple on its €65 mln equity investment in 2007 in Motel One.
