French investment company Flash Consult Invest has said it will build two shopping malls in Romania by 2009 for an investment of EUR 140 mln. Citing a report in local newspaper Ziarul Financiar, the Kempen & Co Property Daily said the malls, of 45,000 m[sup]2[/sup] and 55,000 m2, will be built in the Romanian cities of Craiova and Ploiesti. The company is already building two malls in Romania for about EUR 80 mln.
