Pan-European real estate investment manager Europa Capital has launched the British light industrial platform for its latest value add fund, with a £27 mln (€31 mln) seed portfolio of three industrial assets, assembled through individual transactions.
Morgan Stanley spin-off, Proprium, made a 20-times multiple on its €65 mln equity investment in 2007 in Motel One.
