Delin Property, the European logistics warehouse specialist, has sold two of the logistics parks it developed and leased to full occupation on the outskirts of Madrid for €100 mln.
Hungarian retail real estate manager Shopper Park Plus (SPP) plans to acquire four Tesco-anchored retail parks in Slovakia with a total gross leasable area of 72,146 m2.
