Beni Stabili sells assets

Italian real estate company Beni Stabili has announced it has sold two commercial assets and a residential portfolio owned by Beni Stabili's Comit Fund. The two office properties, purchased by the listed property group Investitori & Partner Immobiliari, are located in Milan, Beni Stabili said in a press release. The price for the transaction was of the order of EUR 38 mln.
