BNP Paribas REIM snaps up newly-built complex in Saint-Ouen from Nexity

BNP Paribas REIM has acquired a newly-built office building with a total area of 25,000 m2 on behalf of the SCPI Accimmo Pierre fund from developer Nexity.

Financial details were not disclosed.

Delivered at the end of 2019, the Influence 2.0 property is located in the new Docks district of Saint-Ouen, and houses the headquarters of the Île-de-France Region, already a tenant of the neighboring building Influence 1.0 since 2018.

Sigrid Duhamel, CEO of BNP Paribas REIM France, commented: ‘Marking the entrance to the Docks eco-neighborhood, Influence 2.0 is an emblematic, high-quality building offering large floors of more than 2,900 m2. We are proud of this acquisition, which is particularly secure in the current context thanks to a prestigious and long-term tenant as well as for its location in a changing district benefiting from double service on lines 13 and 14.’

Véronique Bédague, President and CEO of Nexity Immobilier d 'entreprise added: ‘We are particularly proud to have successfully completed this transaction in a context where economic activity is undergoing a general break.’
