Private real estate company Arrow Capital Partners has acquired two new assets in the Netherlands for its €3 bn Strategic Industrial Real Estate (Sire) platform, one in Utrecht and the other in Almere.
Private asset management company Kryalos has completed the acquisition of a light industrial property in Rome, through its Mars fund.
