Allianz Real Estate, the property investment arm of the Allianz Group, has unveiled plans to open a new office in Stockholm in August as it looks to strengthen its Nordics business.
A 4-acre, freehold site at Kings Cross in the capital’s Knowledge Quarter is expected to attract international interest.
