Agnieszka Krzekotowska to head property management for Colliers in Poland

Colliers International has announced the appointment of Agnieszka Krzekotowska as director of the property management and asset management departments in Poland.

Krzekotowska will be responsible for managing a team of over 60 experienced professionals and supervising the real estate portfolio managed by Colliers in Warsaw and six regional cities in Poland. The new director will also be responsible for the further development of the property management business, including the acquisition of new projects and searching for technologies and solutions that expand the company's existing offer.

'The property management department is the largest division in the company and is made up of people with experience and passion, extremely involved in the projects entrusted to them. I am glad that the department is now under the care of such an experienced professional, for whom the priority is building relationships with property owners and tenants,' said Monika Rajska-Wolinska, managing partner at Colliers International in Poland.

Krzekotowska joined Colliers International in 2009 as property manager. Recently she held the position of clients relationship director. Agnieszka has over 12 years of experience in the commercial real estate market, confirmed by cooperation with the largest funds operating on the Polish market, such as: Triuva, Union Investment, Tristan Capital Partners and Allianz. Since 2015, Agnieszka has been a member of the prestigious Royal Institution for Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
