Global real estate investment and asset manager AEW has acquired a 50,000 m2 brownfield development site in a prime logistics location in Madrid on behalf of Logistis, its specialist pan-European logistics strategy.
A 4-acre, freehold site at Kings Cross in the capital’s Knowledge Quarter is expected to attract international interest.
