Real Estate Finance Day

 Real Estate Finance Day 2021

Before the pandemic, there were no doubts about the continuation of the extraordinarily long, strong boom. Nevertheless, 2020 was an exceptional year not only for the commercial real estate market. Large parts of the market have proven to be robust. The deterioration in the economy as a whole caused by the effects of Covid-19 is now becoming noticeable.

How will the financial institutions act when the economy, market and risk become increasingly weaker? For which projects will it be more difficult to get a loan in 2021? Which asset classes are still favored and which are no longer? To what extent will transactions be valued as NPL (Non Performing Loan)? How robust are the banks to cope with this? How can released equity be invested sensibly in the future? Will mezzanine bonds continue to show strong growth?

We will discuss these questions in detail in November 2021, when the financial and real estate sectors will meet again. The "Real Estate Finance Day" offers a platform to promote and intensify the exchange and understanding between the real estate and financial sectors through discussions and dialogue.

We look forward to your participation in our conference at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and interesting industry discussions as well as stimulating networking.
